We are Blue Moon Akita Rescue and have been doing Akita rescue since 1972. We moved to Denver in 2005 and have been using Pet Cremation Services in Wheat Ridge since that time. I cannot imagine using another company. Our personal pets and our orphans have been gently and efficiently handled since that time. Today we said goodbye to Bear, a wonderful Akita who had been a part of our family for the last five years. The old gentleman had been slowing down over the last year and passed peacefully in his sleep with us at Broadview Kennels and will be greatly missed by his family here at Broadview Kennels, home of Blue Moon Akita Rescue. Bear, I know you will be waiting for us on the Rainbow Bridge. Godspeed buddy, you were one in a million.

I came here 3 times over 7 years. They are amazing, and very caring. I absolutely love this place. They took care of my baby Blue cheese, and did everything I asked to help my family get through this time, especially my 6 year old. I recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot say enough things to tell you what wonderful people these are. We lost our beloved Fluffy in February. We took him here ourselves, we knew he was in wonderful hands and in just a few hours we were able to go back and pick up his remains. But it was more than that. They allowed us time to say goodbye, and they stood with my son and held his hand while he cried and told him they would do their very finest job for us. They delivered! Thank you!

When our little 7lb Havanese passed this spring we entrusted her remains to the professionals at Pet Cremation Svcs in Wheatridge. Her remains were returned to us in a very lovely wooden box along with her clay paw print; they lend dignity to the entire process and made our loss a little less painful.
